


The automated reply to that inquiry stated that they would reply within 5 business days. Also on Friday, April 28, 2023, I sent an email to the order department asking for the date that I would receive my order, because contrary to the email, UPS via the tracking number merely indicated that a label has been created. This email included both the order number and the UPS tracking number. On Friday, ApI received an email stating that my order has shipped. On Wednesday, ApI received an email confirming the offer. I ordered the mobile charger on Tuesday, April 25, 2023. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Look at their miserable reviews and realize how bad this place is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I treated my patients as they do their customers, I would be in jail Harlan Gibbs M.D. This is my second attempt at service with this Tesla service center, and had a truly miserable experience previously (They never came to my home for a 'home' service appointment) I CANNOT SAY HOW ANGRY AND DISSAPOINTED I AM AT THIS SERVICE CENTER!!! I wonder if Elon Musk is aware of the miserable service Tesla provides! If Space X were run like this - imagine what the rockets would be like. I finally went on line at the end of the day, and was informed that the car would not be ready for an additional 2 days!! They hadn't even started to work on my car. I checked updates on line - and it appeared that it remained 'in service all day'. I was told by the service agent that the car would be ready between 4:00 and 5:00 pm. 1) Replace windshield wipers and check fluid 2) Replace air filter I was at the Tesla service center in Agoura Hills, Ca on time in the morning, waiting in a que that stretched down the driveway. I made an appointment two weeks in advance for simple service.
